It's hard to acknowledge the reality that 10 years zoomed past just like that. Bought my first ever bike - the Honda Fuma on 27 Apr 2008 for 32,500,000vnd then. (S$2,750; that's S$1=11,800vnd)
And now on 2 Mar 2018, I've sold it away for 3m (sob, sob, sniff, sniff ... goodbye dear old and faithful bike) and bought a new Yamaha Acruzo for 39,200,000vnd (about $2,265; that's S$1=17.303!!!). It's good when you change S$ to vnd, but v bad for me when I'm changing vnd to S$.
The Fuma has seen me through a lot - bad times and good times - and even though it's just a machine, there's a very sentimental attachment to it that's hard to explain.
