$S, roses and dinner

The S$ has shot thru the 13,000VND ceiling...13,095 to be exact! I expected it to hold a few more days but lo and behold, it surpassed the 13k mark today (it was about 12,800 yesterday).
















So this basket of roses (I counted 47!) cost me S$7.70 (100,000VND)... amazing, isn't it?




















& this plate of broken rice and 7 special items at Ho Gia Vietnamese Broken Rice Restaurant (at the back of Ben Thanh Market) set me back 39,000VND (S$3.00) ....
